Fulfillment
All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in London, United Kingdom. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
USA, UK & Canada
We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada with the following options at checkout:
- Standard — 5–8 business days — Free
- Economy — 3–5 business days — $4.99
- Express — 1–2 business days — $9.99
We recommend Standard shipping for most orders as it is free of charge. Choose Express if you need your order urgently.
Worldwide
We ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, and 231 more countries worldwide with the following options:
- Standard — 5–8 business days — $9.99
- Economy — 3–5 business days — $14.99
- Express — 1–2 business days — $19.99
Important Notes
- Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
- Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
- During peak seasons (such as holidays or sale events), processing and delivery may take slightly longer than usual.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your local government. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping rates.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the notification.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been dispatched. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may be reshipped at the customer's expense.
Lost or Delayed Packages
