At Engocart, we want you to love your purchase. If a garment doesn’t fit quite right or live up to your expectations, we make our returns and exchanges completely seamless.
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns and exchange requests within 30 days from the date your package arrives at your doorstep.
Eligibility Guidelines
To qualify for a full refund or direct exchange, your items must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and completely unaltered.
- Tags: All original brand tags and packaging must be attached and intact.
- Exclusions: Any item that shows signs of wear, damage, or is returned without its original tags is considered Final Sale and cannot be accepted for a return or exchange.
How It Works
1. Direct Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or alternate style, we offer hassle-free direct exchanges.
- Free Return Shipping: We believe you shouldn't have to pay for a poor fit. Engocart covers 100% of the return shipping costs for your exchange.
- Process: Simply email us at support@engocart.com with your order number and the specific item you want to exchange. Our support team will issue you a prepaid return shipping label via email.
2. Standard Returns & Refunds
If you simply want to return your purchase for a refund to your original payment method:
- Cost: Return shipping is entirely on us. We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
- Processing Time: Once our facility receives, inspects, and approves your returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment gateway within 5–7 business days.
Crucial Notice: Please do not mail packages back to the fulfillment center address printed on your original shipping label. You must contact us at support@engocart.com first to receive your official prepaid label and authorization. Packages sent back without prior authorization cannot be tracked or refunded.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items Received
We maintain strict quality control standards, but if our team makes a mistake, we fix it instantly.
If you receive a defective garment, a damaged package, or the incorrect size/style entirely:
- Take a quick photo of the item showing the damage or the incorrect size tag.
- Email the photo along with your order number to support@engocart.com.
- Our Guarantee: We cover 100% of the replacement costs. You will not pay a single cent.
- Speedy Fulfillment: Your brand-new replacement item will be quality-checked, processed, and shipped out from our warehouse within 2 business days.
