Account & Profile
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No. You can check out completely as a guest. Creating an account is entirely optional, but it does allow you to save your shipping details, view your order history, and track your packages easily for future visits.
How do I create a new account?
Click Create Account at the top right corner of our store. You can sign up instantly using your Email, Facebook, or Amazon account credentials.
What should I do if I forget my login password?
Go to the Login page, click Forgot your password?, and enter your registered email address. We will automatically send you a secure link to reset your password within a few minutes.
Ordering & Payments
Can I remove items from my shopping cart?
Yes. As long as you haven't completed the checkout process, you can easily add, remove, or modify items directly inside your shopping cart.
Can I modify or cancel my order after paying?
We process orders quickly to get them shipped out as fast as possible. You can modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of payment for any reason. After this window, the order enters our automated fulfillment pipeline and cannot be altered. Please contact us immediately at support@engocart.com for any urgent change requests.
Do you offer custom-made items or sizing?
We do not offer custom tailoring or personalized manufacturing. Every item is shipped exactly as displayed and described on our official product pages.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Maestro) processed securely through Shopify Payments and Shop Pay. We also fully support checkout via PayPal.
How do you secure my private payment information?
Your security is our priority. Engocart never stores, views, or processes your raw credit card data. All transactions are handled through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways using advanced encryption protocols.
Why does my refund amount sometimes look different?
If you applied a discount code or purchased your items during a promotional event, your refund will reflect the exact amount you actually paid for the items, not their original retail price.
Sizing & Measurements
How do I find my correct size?
Every product features a dedicated Size Chart on its individual page containing precise measurements in both centimeters and inches. Please review these measurements carefully before purchasing to ensure a perfect fit.
What does "Free Size" mean?
"Free Size" means the garment is manufactured in a single, highly versatile size designed to comfortably fit a wide range of body types—typically fitting a standard true-to-size Medium best. If you are unsure, please consult the specific measurements listed on that item's size chart.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do my items ship from?
Our primary fulfillment center is located in China, allowing us to source premium apparel directly and pass the cost savings on to you. All orders are carefully quality-checked and dispatched from this central facility.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We partner exclusively with trusted, high-reliability global delivery networks and local couriers, including USPS, DHL, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your exact location.
How much does shipping cost?

Rest of the World: Tracked international shipping starts at $9.99, with final rates calculated automatically at checkout based on package weight and destination.
Will I have to pay international customs duties or taxes?
For the vast majority of international shipments, our customers do not experience import fees or hidden VAT charges. However, duties and import taxes are determined strictly by your local government's levying rules, and European Union or specific regional regulations may apply upon arrival.
Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses?
Yes. We can ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses using our Standard Tracked Shipping service (which typically takes about 2 weeks). If you require Expedited Shipping (delivered within 10 days), you must provide a valid physical street address.
How can I track the status of my shipment?
Immediately after placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once our warehouse dispatches your package, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number and a direct tracking link. You can also monitor your delivery status at any time by logging into your account dashboard.
Returns & Support
What is your return policy?
We offer a stress-free 30-day return window from the date your package arrives. If you are not completely satisfied with your fit or your order, simply email us at support@engocart.com with your order number.
Important: Please do not mail packages back to the return address printed on your shipping label. Reach out to our customer support team first, and we will guide you through the correct, hassle-free return return process.
